Before

.

A refugee and her two young children had moved into the basement of a bungalow.  The homeowner had some living room furniture there but there were no beds.  So the family were sleeping on one loveseat and the floor.

In perfect timing, a senior donated two beds she had purchased for visits for her grandchildren.  The black metal one got all new blue bedding for the 9 year old boy.

For his little sister we also had new bedding which we put on a white wooden bed.  The two large drawers beneath the bed provided much needed clothing storage for both children.

While our service is for children, we couldn't leave this mom sleeping on the floor, so we brought a bed and bedding for her too.

There was no room for dressers but we did fit in a small desk.
